Il pr\u00e9voit la construction d\u2019un temple \u00e0 l\u2019architecture issue de son imagination personnelle, form\u00e9 de cinq nefs, la&nbsp; crois\u00e9e, l&rsquo;abside, un d\u00e9ambulatoire ext\u00e9rieur, trois fa\u00e7ades et dix-huit tours, dont douze pour symboliser les ap\u00f4tres, quatre pour les Evang\u00e9listes (haute de 135 m\u00e8tres), une pour la Vierge Marie (127,50 m\u00e8tres surmont\u00e9e d e l&rsquo;\u00c9toile du matin) et la plus haute (de 172,5 m\u00e8tres) au centre pour symboliser J\u00e9sus Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Ce nouveau projet augmente sensiblement les dimensions de l\u2019\u00e9glise. Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences mystico-religieuses ont une grande importance dans l\u2019\u0153uvre de Gaud\u00ed, tant du point de vue strictement iconographique que du point de vue symbolique. Il souhaitait que le temple refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;histoire et les myst\u00e8res de la foi chr\u00e9tienne. Ainsi, les trois fa\u00e7ades repr\u00e9sentent trois \u00e9tapes de la vie du Christ, la Nativit\u00e9, la&nbsp; Passion et la&nbsp; Gloire. La crois\u00e9e renvoie \u00e0 la J\u00e9rusalem C\u00e9leste symbolisant la paix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Gaud\u00ed voulait faire de cette \u00e9glise l&rsquo;\u00e9difice le plus haut de Barcelone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>La Sagrada Familia en quelques chiffres\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">43 ans:&nbsp;C\u2019est la p\u00e9riode de temps que Gaud\u00ed consacra \u00e0 la Sagrada Familia&nbsp;(Sainte Famille, en fran\u00e7ais). \u00c0 31 ans,&nbsp;il accepta de diriger le projet. Il imagina alors un temple avec 5 nefs, une crois\u00e9e, une abside, un d\u00e9ambulatoire ext\u00e9rieur servant de clo\u00eetre, trois fa\u00e7ades et 18 tours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">18 tours:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>C\u2019est le nombre de tours qu\u2019avait pr\u00e9vu d\u2019\u00e9difier Gaud\u00ed. Les 12 plus basses, parmi lesquelles 8 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 construites sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux ap\u00f4tres, 4 plus hautes aux \u00e9vang\u00e9listes, une au dessus de l\u2019abside de plus grand diam\u00e8tre \u00e0 la Vierge Marie et la plus grande de toute qui dominera tout le temple sera d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 J\u00e9sus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">170 m\u00e8tres:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Ce sera la hauteur de la tour de J\u00e9sus, la tour la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la Sagrada Familia qui fera figure de g\u00e9ante compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la cath\u00e9drale de Notre Dame \u00e0 Paris (69 m).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">4 500 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s:&nbsp;C\u2019est la superficie qu\u2019occupe le plan de la Basilique de la Sagrada Familia<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">14 000 personnes:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Ce sera la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du temple. Pour vous faire une id\u00e9e, la Sagrada Familia pourrait abriter tous les habitants de Saint Jean de Luz en m\u00eame temps! Impressionnant!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>La Sagrada Familia et son histoire en quelques dates\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 1872:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Un libraire barcelonais tr\u00e8s croyant, Josep Maria Bocabella ach\u00e8te un terrain dans le but de construire un temple expiatoire d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la sainte Famille qui serait financ\u00e9 par les aumones des fid\u00e8les.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 1882:&nbsp;Le projet est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019architecte&nbsp;Francesc de Paula Villar. Peu apr\u00e8s la construction des colonnes de la crypte, Villar d\u00e9missionne en raison de divergences avec Joan Martorell, le conseiller technique de Bocabella.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 1883:&nbsp;Gaud\u00ed reprend le projet et se consacre corps et \u00e2me, pendant plus de quarante ans, \u00e0 cette ambitieuse et complexe aventure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 1926:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Le 7 juin, Gaud\u00ed est renvers\u00e9 par un tramway. Il d\u00e9c\u00e8de 3 jours plus tard, il allait avoir 74 ans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 1954:<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Les travaux de la Sagrada Familia reprennent enfin apr\u00e8s 28 ans d\u2019interruption.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">En 2026?<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Qui est capable de dire avec certitude quand sera achev\u00e9e la Sagrada Familia? Certains parlent de 2026.
